Several Dodge radios used to quit like that. I have had 3. It's not worth paying to fix. You would be much further ahead to have an oudoi shop replace it with an aftermarket unit. It will be much cheaper and you will have better sound quality and more options to choose from. That stock unit is done for. The estimate on one of mine was over $800 and I got CD unit for under $200.

More than likely the radio probably has poor connections and cold solder joints in it. The only way you can know for certain is to bring the radio in for repair. Your best bet is to replace the radio. A 5 year old Dodge radio is not worth any money spent on a repair unless it has sentimental value to you. You can get a new radio installed between $150.00 and $200.00 in most area's.
