he started to call me and i would talk to him then he waited at my locker then walked me home , then the next morning he waited for me at the bus stop and walked me to school...my question is there any interest or is he wanting to be friends...could there be something?

why not ask him and find out.Either he cares for you as a friend or he is showing you that he cares more. I would first treat it as friendship and see how that goes.In life if you make 2 or 3 very close friends you are doing great.If feeling changes and you both want to take the next step great if not you have a close friend who shows they care about you and your safety.In this day and age thats a great thing !!!!!!

Yes, he is very interested in you, otherwise he wouldn't be waiting for your. He wants to be friends with you and get to know you. It could turn into something more, if you let him.
