If you wanna waste money: take a cab (very expensive and sometimes rough guys).
You'd better take the bus: line 27 that goes to Verheylewegen. You couldn't take a wrong direction cause the line starts there. After a bit less than 30 minutes (depends on the traffic density), you'll step out at the "Place Royale" stop (to make sure not to miss it, ask the driver... who probably won't be able to answer in English but, who knows?). Then ask someone. You'll be very close on foot. From there, you'll be able to reach many other places of interest easily.
Total price: 1,5 euro (more or less $2). Bus, tramway and subway tickets always cost 1,5 euro and they allow you to travel the whole network for one hour (including all the correspondences).
PS: ask a STIB network plan at the information desk of the Midi Station: it's free and very usefull.

Just walk. It's a short distance away up the hill, you can do it in 10 minutes if you're fit. Check it out on Google Earth.
