can i sue ryanair for all the times it has kept me sitting in remote airports waiting for it to find a plane to fly me home, or the times its lost my bag.
O'Leary gets on my wick, always quick to blame other people, never his own shockingly crap company, and before someone says it, i never use them anymore.

I wish! The small print protects him though. He's just doing it for the publicity. The flights wouldn't have been on time even without the terror threat, they rarely are. But they cheat too because they allow extra time in their schedule for delays. Ever notice that even if you set off late, you often get there at the time advertised? They always say "Ooh that wind helped us make up a bit of time there folks" Rubbish.
Was he never warned against kicking someone when they're down?

You can attempt to sue anyone who owes you a duty of care if they fail in that duty and you suffer a loss as a result. You seem to have a good case, or you would have except for all the small print on the back of the ticket which would probably give them a defence.

I hope you can and wish you will! O'leary wants to sue the Taxpayer and give the money to his favourite charity. If you sue him then he will at least feel it in his bank account. Good luck!

i don't think anything stops you from taking them to a small claims court. As for Ryan airs recent statements, I think they are pathetic. Whilst other airlines are getting on with it, and no doubt prepearing to seek damages, Mr loud mouth can't wait to speak out in what seems like a search for free publicity

Book well in advance with British Airways. You may find the price very similar, and you get a comfy (ish) seat and complimentary drinks and snacks.

I am currently suing my local bus company because the other day the bus was over two minutes late. God, I will make them pay!
