Is there a religion that does not make this claim?

Is this claim sufficient to believe it is true? Why?

And why is it not true when it appears in the religious books of other religions?

The Bible makes it very clear:
: "Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits, whether they are of God... because many false prophets are gone out into the world". (I John 4:1)

"Who is a liar but he that denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is anti-Christ, that denies the Father and the Son. He that denies the Son, the same has not the Father." (I John 2:22)

"For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming them selves into apostles of Christ. And no marvel for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light". (2 Corin.11:13)

This claim is not true when it appears in the scriptures of other religions because they do not contain hundreds of fulfilled prophecies as the Bible does. That's only one of the reasons why the Bible is the inspired word of God. Another reason is that the archaeological record bears out hundreds of people, places and events mentioned in the Bible. And then there's the unity of the Bible. Written over a period of 1500 years, in three languages, by about 40 different men, and yet there is a unity throughout the Bible. The God of Genesis is the same as that of Revelation.
But then, none of this will mean anything to you until you read it for yourself. I would start in John's Gospel.

If there are 'religions' that claim the same; I do not presently know. I can tell the asker this; By 'adding to his word', (Yes it does exist), many may have been distracted from the deeper meanings of his word. The existing document (I presently call it an index) divides the word of God into; Old testament Genesis-Malachi, New Testament Matthew-Revelation. The 'scriptural old testament was the law of Moses (apply 2 Tim. 3:16-17,and the ' (2 or more witnesses' principle Matt. 18:16, 2 Cor. 13:1. The false god is man..
If one wants my'2 or more witness' they can email me presently.

There are many religions that do not have this claim. When the claim is from God, I think that is sufficient reason to believe it, especially when He has never been wrong or lied yet. As I said before, there are many that do not have it in their writings as some do not even believe God is really God.

No, hon, 2 Timothy 3:16 states that "All Scripture is inspired by God..." showing us that it is God's Word, and not man's. Also, verse 17 shows us why the Scriptures are beneficial for humans. Thus, it proves that the Bible is real, since it is impossible for God to lie, since He is perfect (Hebrews 6:18).

To be candid, John 20:a million is one in all the most precise, simply by the indisputable fact that's an eyewitness account. the different 3 debts are 2d or 0.33-hand, and this stuff did happen at a time of startling for the disciples. i believe all 4 debts are elementally genuine, yet like each and every adventure witnessed by technique of fellows, is concern to the quandary of attitude. as an example, the Matthew account tells of them seeing an angel (does not recommend there became purely one there), and going to get the disciples. John's account tells of once they were advised by technique of Mary, they back to the tomb. the point of having diverse memories to an adventure is to operate readability. perchance both Mary's had others with them who waited further back for them to mind-set the guards to get permission. the point isn't attempting to divide the memories because of the position they disagree, yet to apply the disagreements to operate readability to the position they DO agree. They agree in this: a million)The tomb became empty, (2) Angelic messenger(s) pronounced that Jesus became risen from the lifeless. What the variety does is coach that it became not a 'rehearsed' testimony.

Because of the end result.
Archeology and history is constantly proving the accuracy of the Bible.
It's prophecies we see unfolding before our eyes.
Yes there is older scrolls, but the Bible is the oldest complete book.
Yes, there are other writings claiming to be inspired.
When it comes down to it, time will prove who has the true written standard given to men by God. And that time is soon.
