Yes I have felt like that . The first time I saw my boyfriend I felt that way and still do. I feel like I have known him all my life. He tells me he feels the same way too.
If you can feel that way about about a person then you need to make the move. The worst thing that can happen is he doesn't feel the same way about you and you then you move on.

Yes! Go to him and let him know that he look familiar to u and make instance of where u know him. because u are a girl he will be glad to open up to u. u should make the first move because he might not want to offend a lady like u by asking such questions.

yea i had a dream like 3 days ago about a girl i never had met. Then the next day...it didnt dawn on me at first, but realized that this girl was in my dream. i ddint say "i saw u in my dream"...but who know right lol
