I did not get what exactly you are asking, but here are my views.
Successful family life: Be understanding, caring, patient, loving. compassionate, dedicated.( I am from old school.)
Leader: Do not judge by face, judge by action, be impartial. Open communication is very important.Listen and talk, but keep a distance.
Student: study hard' set goals that are acheivable.
