Hopefully your job is not 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week so that you have time for exercise when you are not working.

Join a health club near where you work and go at lunch time.

Park far from the door so that you can walk more.

Climb stairs whenever possible.

Eat less.

Stretch your muscles while sitting in your chair.

Drink plenty of water.

Make time for exercise. Do you have one hour a day for exercise or 24 hours a day to be dead?

Take a walk at lunch
Take the stair instead of the elevator
Watch your diet - it's easy to eat all the goodies the staff brings in
the pounds just creep on
There are a whole bunch of sit and be fit exercises - if your your not in the public eye.

Go for a run or gym workout before work
Go for a run, bike or gym workout after work
Swim on weekends

This may sound ludricous to you, but if you were to sit on an exercise ball instead of your regular desk, this would continuously tone your core muscles throughout the day! It just depends how self conscious you would feel sitting on a big, inflatable ball in front of your colleagues lol. HTH : )

Do you do some exercise , skipping etc when you are free.First of all drink plenty of water in the morning after waking up. Dont eat anything for the next 1 hour. Go for a brisk walk. If you are really serious then I can suggest you do Yoga. If you need any help on Yoga then please write back to me with your pics.
