Dogs eating grass?

Jason and I both want to know if eating grass is good for dogs. They seem to throw up. How could this be good for them?

they eat grass because they have a upset stomach so they can throw up and this helps them to do this.It does not hurt them to do this although we may think this can not be good for them but this help them settle their stomachs ...
