I am making my own salsa, basic,.. tomatoes...peppers (lots)vinegar, lime juice etc...but I will have too much for 1 week....can I freeze it in plastic container ??? thanx

Yes, but be sure to put it in a container you can see through so you don't forget it's there!

Yes you can, but it put it in a good air tight freezer container. I have been freezing salsa for years and it's alot better than what you buy in the stores.

i suppose you could but when you thaw it ,it will be very watery mabey you should put it in a zip lock bag and try to suck out the air to minimize the ice crystalization
