I dated someone over 3 years ago haven't seen him since. He recently called and he's talking about making something that never exsisted. IT WAS JUST DATING! No SEX! Dinner and a Movie and he couldn't get that right. So why do MEN think they can just start where they left off? I am not currently in a relationship and not looking for issues and drama. I need someone who can accent what I have not deplete the value.

LOL - sounds like you are making a mountain out of a mole hill. I guess this guy really liked you - to bad you don't feel the same. This isn't a question about all MEN - its a question about you. What do you have against this guy. If you not interested that is it - your not interested. There isn't anything more to it.
