I have had a headache for about 2 days now, but it has faded in and out, being really serious at times and others not hurting much at all. What is all this about?

I get those a lot and it's usually from my sinuses. Try sudafed and see if it helps!

These are called cluster headaches. Doctor's really don't know what causes them, but they've found that the best pain killer to take for them is something that has an anti-inflammatory added. When I get these headaches, I take a generic form of Robacicet. Yes, I know this is supposed to be for back pain, but it has one of the highest amounts of anti-inflammatory available without prescription.

Make sure you don't take more than your body can handle. I find that the best for me is one of these tablets with an extra-strength acetaminophen. Taking two of them makes me dizzy and unable to operate a car.

If you need relief NOW from the pain, run yourself a hot bath (as hot as you can stand it without being in danger of passing out), and lay back in it so only your nose is sticking out. I've actually managed to fall asleep this way without drowning myself, and it's great for the instant relief from pain.

Sounds like tension headaches. Have you ever had them before? Call your doctor, there are some good meds like Midrin or Fiorcet. If you don't have any other symptoms, it's probably not a migraine.

It's probably form your eyes. Do get your eyes check because sometimes, you;ll never know you have short or long sightedness. Or maybe its because you have a low blood pressure due to the stress and hectic lifestyle.

May be a sinus headache...they have been known to last for days. Maybe stress. If it persists, you should see a doctor.
