In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning.

Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it.

John 1:1-5

To be a prophecy, the bible would need to have been written before the beginning. What you have is a self-fulfilling prophecy since the authors of the bible can claim anything they wish about the origins of the universe. What can you prove god delivered while also ruling out other theories?

You can attribute anything you like to the unknown and call it god. Faith, like fate, is a simple answer for something highly complicated. With fate, you surrender your personal responsibility and leave the future up to chance. With faith, you give up common sense and fail to have an open mind to the alternatives.

there are no prophecies in the bible. Christians always say that the bible predicts future events which is a false statement. The bible does not make predictions, it makes post-dictions, meaning that Christians look at a major event that has already happened and try to find something in the bible that is close in meaning to the event that happened. People who believe in the bible code and Naustrodamus do this all the time. You never hear about a prediction of things to come from these people, all you hear is is a 'matching up' of events to some words in the bible. This does not prove anything. Another thing is that these 'supposed' predictions made in the corrupted bible are so vague that they can pertain to anything.

One of the greatest prophecies proven is when Cyrus the Great invaded Babylon and freed the Jews.

It was wrote a few hundred years before it occurred.
Archeology has proven the age of the recorded prophecy and it's fulfillment

Despite what the Bible has gone through to be with us today, it is still accurate, proven and the word of God.

Name one prophecy that has come true. Be very specific. BTW: are you aware that Moses's parting of the "Red Sea" is actually a mistranslation and should read "REED" sea? The Israelites were smart enough to use the swamps to escape. The Bible is a minefield when it comes to getting everything right - the monks that transcribed it, if the made a mistake, chalked it up to the "will of God" (sometimes) and just left it in there. No one knows exactly how it was originally.

So are psychics - there are few that have had their visions proven true. What do you say to that - People have certain gifts / talents.

God isn't real. Years and years ago, people said that the glaciers will melt - it is true now - were they "prophecies"? Maybe they were just more intelligent and could see the broader picture of the world and make assumptions.

All coincidences

Oh and they are also on the way to proving that Jesus walked on ice and not water

So if Jesus manipulated people in thinking that he was "walking on water" what else could have been lied about....?

AND don't say "Well how can they prove the weather back 2000 years ago!!?!" Well then I ask you, if the bible was written YEARS AND YEARS after Jesus died, how can that story be accurate at all? BROKEN TELEPHONE!

The bible, as we know it today, has been written and rewritten over time. People took great liberties when copying the stories as well as when they were handed down from generation to generation. Let's not forget, this is the same book that talks about a sea opening up, a man feeding thousands from a handful of fish and a talking bush.

Prophecies until Jesus came, they were true! Prophecies after Jesus, they are just taking you for a ride. taking your' money. We know Jesus will come for a second time. and take his people. The Bible says so!
As for your writing: the light shines in the darkness.. Light is Jesus. Darkness is the devil or demons.

Only after the biggest prophecy is happening, that He will return for His children, will they believe. How sad because it will be too late for them then.

It's all symbolic.

"The Word" is language.
Through language , the concept of God was taught.
In the verses interpreted,
"God" is nature, and everything in it.

The Bible is interpreted in different ways.
