i will be having urine test tomorrow and i've been smoking hash for more then 4years now! so what shall i do to get it of my system! plz! i dont think i can find tablet in here! so i hope to get something natural to use!

Drink lots of water with a little (note. LITTLE) salt in. Also try detox drinks/smoothies. Eat lots of fruit like oranges, apples, and so on. Try vitamin C tablets or maybe general antioxidant suppliments. Take a long bath/shower. Do some exercise that works up a sweat.

You may just have to drink loads of water to pee it out, but you could still fail.

1 teaspoon of bleach to a 1/2 gallon of water.make sure you take it 1 st. thing in the morning. and one hour before testing.try not to pee pee after your last drink;the pee pee should be for testing.then pray it comes back inconclusive.which o.k.

drink one of those clean drinks can be found at most head shops or gas stations that arabs own or even some health food stores and drink lots of water good luck
