I am currently in a DBT program out here in New Jersey. I've been in it since December and I have found it to be slightly helpful. Most people who have been in dbt programs find it very helpful, but everyone is different...
I would imagine that there are lots of programs out in the North West because that is where Marsha Linehan is from. (She's the one who created the dbt program, and she is in Washington)
Her website is http://www.behavioraltech.com and they have a page that will let you search for a therapist in your area. I hope this will help you! Good luck, I hope you will find what you are looking for and I hope it will help :)

Dialectic Behavioural Therapy. It is available under the NHS, but I couldn't say for different areas. It is in South Devon!
What I can say though is, it's a very effective form of therapy for treating personality disorders and OCD's! Hope you can access it in your area, it's well worth it!! Good luck x

. . . did you miss out the E ? Amazing, even for the north-west but then again, you did say it's under the NHS so anything goes [apart from treatment] . . .
