penn, he is still pissed about getting the win stole from him when he fought st.p. he is going to beat hughs the same way he did last time, just to prove a point

i think of hughes will merely b/c of his scuffling with form. he's in many situations dominitant in upward push up, yet has a sprint floor experience as quickly as he drops the guy on their frekain head. Penn would be a distinctive contender tho. he's quite solid from the preserve yet his standup is weaker then hughes. it is going to be a distinctive combat. Im thinking possibly previous due 2d or early third submission win by hughes.

Hughes will win. I'm not sure Penn has as much strength as he did when he was using. Matt's untouchable right now.
