Sounds as if arthur has come to live with you. arthur-itis!
Arthritis has run in my family starting back with a grandmother
that I never even knew, but heard how bad she had it.
A cousin is crippled with it, and recently I have been diagnosed
with it. I am walking & exercising to keep from becoming crippled
with it.

drink lots of milk or eat foods rich in calcium. and see your doctor too.
