There is a design which is very good for quickly building and good insulation.
This is the US home page. They have offices all over.
The ideas is that you place industrial strength interlocking foam blocks in parallel rows - held to the proper distance by built-in straps - over a concrete and reinforced steel re-bar foundation.
Then you pour concrete between the blocks and lay the next row of blocks. It is fast and when finished, there is insulation on both sides of the concrete structure. The blocks are ready made with a material on the outside surfaces that allows for nailing of both interior and exterior paneling or siding. Window and door frames are put in place as their position occurs.
