Mildly oxidized with a slight grainyness from improper attenuation. Mild honey and nuts palate with a touch of vanilla and lemon zest.

I'd describe Leffe Blonde as a light-tasting but full-bodied beer. It has a malty overtone but is not actually sweet. The taste has a hint of fruit ester and cardamom. In aroma, it is lemony without being acidic.

very light "nut" taste, slightly bitter. I prefer the dark kind as it is sweeter.
