Most local obedience training clubs occasionally do tempement tests. Call your vet to get a listing, or go to www.akc.org - these tests measure your dog's reactions in various situations, which tell a lot about how it will react to things in the real world. It is a very accurate guide on the nature of your dog.
If you are asking about breed temperments in general, you can find info on that on the AKC website, also. You can get info from the breed's club, or go to the library and check out some breed books.

They wont tell u . U have to watch them carefully, dedicate some time for them and wonderfully, u will learn to know their feelings and emotions.
