I'm hardly a master brewer, but I would guess that the extremely low PH of lemon juice is a less than optimum environment for the yeast to get the job done. Try corn syrup, water, & yeast. Mix & it ferments like crazy. Gotta strain & flavor the end result, though.

Yuppers! had the same Prob. It will take a Long time to ferment, but once there, will be a Delightful Bouquet!! Enjoy!
