Yes it is.one day the husband WILL surely realise his mistake.cos divorcing isnt a wise option either.cos it will make a family life more worse. so just wait patiently for that wonderful day.

No he has an addiction, same as any other kind.
This is not your fault nor should you have to suffer because of it.
He should be held responsible for his actions when drunk.
Never accept next day apologies from him & walk around with your bruises out for everyone to see, that should shame him into reflection.
Or call your local PD before he hits you, he will be arrested disorderly conduct and have to sober up in the drunk tank. He'll now have priors when he gets arrested for domestic abuse, the judge will take everything into account.
You may also want to look into agencies that help abused women in your area.
Men like this never get clean on their own, something really bad happens first.
Please be careful & think with your head not your heart!

well the obvious answer is no, but it isn't as easy as that. Whenever i talk to my friends about my ex(s) hitting me they always say why did you stay so long but when you are in an abusive relationship, drunken or not, it crumbles your confidence it took me a year n half to leave my exes each tI'me and now im with some one who treats me with respect and loves me for me and it took me 21 years to realise that i am worth respect and love and caring, it may take you awhile but you will realise it too its just a matter of when, keep in touch Hun and good luck I'm always here if you want to chat

No way. Being an educated you should not be asking this kind of question. Tell him very frankly (in front of all the family members), to mend his ways. Still if he does not mend his ways, try to come out of the relationship ASAP. I'm sure you will find someone who loves you and respects you also.

No, it's not okay for you or your children, if you have any. It may be scary to head off on your own, but it's better. Life is short. It takes hard work to make it good, but it's worth the effort. Here's a good word in spanish for your husband: adios.

No. Never!
If he beats you and scolds you verbally than you need to leave. My ex-husband was like that and then all apologetic. The courts sent him to anger management, but that doesn't work. The problem is not you, it is him. He has lack of self esteem and takes it out on you to make himself feel in control.
PLEASE LEAVE BEFORE YOU GET HURT.

NO! Yeah, you might not be able to leave on your own, but help is available. Get some!
What you need is a couple of big, strong brothers. Tell your brothers what's happening, if you have them.
That should settle it.
Get out, no matter how much trouble it takes. DON'T GET HURT!
