Isn't religion all about common sense and human rights?Love, respect, do not harm or kill, live in peace etc etc- arn't these very general and very basic human desires? If anyone looks inside himself anyone can conclude that these are all progressive human values. We all want to live love and be loved. Then why do we glorify some God who told us the very same thing? Despite God we have wars, crime and hatred because we read and repeat what God says but hardly follow it- wouldnt it be better if our own voice says it so that we have a better chance of following it

You are absolutely right dogma. Insecure, clingy and people with low esteem make it out a big deal but human as a race have survived God and it will come over it soon

Because I know I am not, and I know there is a God who loves me (and many others too).

It is out of respect and reverence for Him, and not to invite curse upon myself.

Believe in God is not about common sense, nor human rights. But in believing in His salvation plan, and observe His teaching.

What we human did wrong and failed to follow our Lord's teaching, has nothing to do with teaching of the Lord. The problem is in us.

If with God's word and we already do wrong. What a world will be if there is no God's world? Everyone will do as they deem fit, and more wars and fighting will thus take place.

Given any choice, I rather live under the grace of God, and to observe His law (teaching).

I dont say it because it would be a false. That would be like saying everything exists because of me. That is innacurate. I look at it like I am a Wave of water and God is the Ocean. Or Perhaps I am Written text and God is the book. Or Maybe, God is the Computer and im the program.. Or possibly God is the World Wide Web and im just a blogger.

Everyone should be comfortable saying I'm God.

Each of us exist as a part of God so there is nothing illogical about saying this.

It is far more illogical to say that God lives on a far off cloud called heaven.

This is why Jesus told us that the kingdom of the father is within each of us.

No you are not God so it feel funny to put our mind to Gods Mind.
I would say I am a child of God for feeling like he is my father and I do wrong and think wrong and that is the grace he gives us to be ourselves. He is not all controlling and he lets us make our mistakes add we go back and say God forgive me. It is life and human values not to hurt or harm others. Some people do not choose God and evil lurks and we have wars and crimes and people get hurt in this world. We have to choose to be for God and to choose to follow to right path. Some want to say we are like God in his image we are created True that for in the beginning we were Adam but destiny for knowledge of good and evil we will die and choose to commit sins against the perfection of the rules and laws and nature of our bodies we will die. YET Jesus gave us life everlasting if we beleve in him. The second SON came to rescue the first Corinthinans I letter Chapter 15
It is hard but we can not say we are God or have any other gods before God the first Commandment. Evil lurks still...WE ARE NOT PERFECT and we do not KNOW everything about the world and it in creation was here before we ever were and will be here after we are gone..I hope this helps

How can I say something so foolish as that. There is only 1 God and nobody on earth is god. It is not God's fault for wars or famine or hunger, we, as humans, are at fault. We let our emotions get in the way of believing in God. Stop blaming God, we are at fault.

it's simple religions use to make us believe god sits on the clouds i the heaven circled by angels saints and etc and ruling us and punishing and loving of course that's impossible you can't be two faces or you don't belong here so when i say i'm god it's absurd to christian and they think you are out of sinc with reality i'm god with small g and is bigger that g every day bless you

I'm not scared to say that but most programmed with fear of 'god' in their childhood would be.

We are god but few realize it. Ever read the Roscrucian beliefs? They've known it for centuries.

God is not an author of confusion and he will not be mocked nor will his followers. God does not give us a spirit of fear but love, joy and a sound mind.
