ok i have a pack of six here and i counted each one and came to an average of 132 on each - mind you they are large ones...
so if the bun is smaller you have to do some maths to work over the ratio per square inch..
again i worked this out and came to an average of 51
i really did count .... honestly!! :)

get one and scrape off the seeds don't lose any and then begin your count
