ok, i'm going to give you a REAL answer to your question.
first, the person who said you have to love chemistry is lying. i hate chemistry with all the fire in my soul and i'm a med student who absolutely loves medicine. go figure.
anyone who is willing to put in the required effort can be a doctor. being a doctor isn't about being the smartest kid in your class (that certainly helps, but it won't get you through med school), but about being the most driven.
getting into med school is a LOT of work. being in med school is even more work, and you're not done there, you have residency and fellowships to look forward to.
medicine is about spending the rest of your life learning. even when you're a 50 year old doc you will still need to crack the books and learn about new techniques and procedures.
you will also be consistantly covered in puke, feces, pee, blood, and various other smelly things.
the best advice i can give you is to make sure that you want to do this. shadow your pediatrician, ask to join some guys on your local ambulance service, or just talk to any doctor you find out there.
now, if you're sure, this is what you need to have to get into med school:
great grades from a great college
great MCAT (medical college admissions test) score
great recommendations
great extra carriculars (must be medicine oriented)
those 4 your premed advisor can flesh out for you when you get to college. for now, concentrate on getting into a great college. which means getting the best grades in everything you can.

Of course you can be a doctor.
However, you need to have a look at the entry requirements for medical courses you are interested in applying to.
I am sure your grades in biology and maths are good, but you may find that the entry requirements will need you to pick up your grades elsewhere.
I have recently found an interesting site that might be of help to you.

Depends.... if you want to make it good in the business, then you must go to a good university, because then you will get a good job. Good universities eg. University of Michigan do not accept just anyone. You must have good grades all-round. If you are only doing well in biology and maths, and the rest you are getting F's/D's then dream on. GPA is a big thing for university acceptance- also your extracurricular activities. I'd say--- study.

Maths and Biology may be prerequisites but the question is, are you able to look outside the box when needed and look within at priority?

You need to be good in chemistry also. If you dislike chemistry, you SHOULD not try to become a doctor, because you'll dislike the job.

Go down to your local library and ask to see the medical school entrance practice exams. That will give you an idea of what to expect.
