First, you need to rearrange how you think about your lifestyle. Eat to live, don't live to eat. Then you have to count your calories. Eat around 1500 - 1600 calories per day, but make sure you're getting proper nutrients and plenty of clean water. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Don't be in a hurry. Weight loss is serious business. In order to keep it off you have to alter your whole lifestyle. More tips here: http://www.chetday.com

Use a calorie calculator on theinternet to determine how many calories you should be eating on a daily basis just to MAINTAIN your current weight. What ever it says just cut 500 from that and stick to it for about 2 weeks. Check your weight and repeat the process. Remember muscle helps burn fdat as well so eat high protein and just make sure you keep your carbs very low after about 5 pm. No fried foods and no soda dammit!!!!!!! PEACE
OH AND EXERCISE>....light weights and good cardio. eat 5-6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism moving other wise it's like trying to start a car in the winter after it's been neglected for a year...good luck

Choose your meals. Eat more veges and fruits and perform more activities than your intake. Or ask help from a dietitian. Have you tried Ultrim from Reliv products? www.reliv.com, it's a food supplement that contains fat burners & fat blockers and some minerals that'll help your body remain healthy while shedding those excess fats. It worked for me. Hope this works for you too. It's a money back guarantee product, goodluck!
