your BMI is 19.5 which is normal weight . you no need to worried
But According to the NHLBI guidelines, assessment of overweight involves using three key measures:

body mass index (BMI)

waist circumference, and

risk factors for diseases and conditions associated with obesity.
The BMI is a measure of your weight relative to your height and waist circumference measures abdominal fat. Combining these with information about your additional risk factors yields your risk for developing obesity-associated diseases. you can visit the follwing page for further details

It also depends on your age. You might still have some baby fat to work off. Try some toning exercises to firm those areas that you are not comfortable with. You are not fat, it just sounds like you need a little tone, that's all.

Not. Even. Close.

You've got a distorted sense of 'fat' there, honey. You may be confusing curvy with fat, and they are two very very different things. 103 pounds is on the slender side for us 5'1" people.

It's absolutely not fat.
two people can weigh the same, but carry it differently. You shouldn't compare yourself to someone else's body.
You are a very healthy weight for your height, and all that any of us can do it to try and have a healthy body for US, without trying to look like someone else.

5'1, 103lbs should not be considered fat, at least I wouldn't think so... I think you're being too tough on
yourself.. relax a little!!
