G'day Ayly,
Thanks for your question.
He is a foe. He a militant Islamist and also the founder of the al-Qaeda Islamist paramilitary organization. Bin Laden is a member of the prestigious and wealthy bin Laden family and issued a 1998 edict that Muslims should kill civilians and military personnel in the United States and allied countries until they withdraw their forces from Muslim countries and Israel[2].
He has been indicted in United States federal court for his alleged involvement in the 1998 U.S. embassy bombings in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and Nairobi, Kenya and has been linked to the 2000 USS Cole bombing, the Bali nightclub bombings, the Madrid bombings, as well as bombings in the Jordanian capital of Amman and in Egypt's Sinai peninsula.
Bin Laden and al-Qaeda allegedly carried out a number of violent attacks worldwide, including the September 11, 2001, attacks on the World Trade Center in New York City, The Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia, and the hijacking of United Airlines Flight 93, which together killed at least 2,986 people. Bin Laden himself has been blamed for those attacks and he is wanted by the FBI, CIA, Interpol, Massad (Israeli version of the CIA) and Scotland Yard regarding those events.
I have attached some sources for your reference.
Regards

Chances are he is a loving father, good friend to his friends, a trusting brother, and in good physical shape for his age maybe.
But i dont know the bloke.
Also... most evil people love their friends and family and pets, but then so do non evil people.
there really is no way to tell these things just from watching tv. Who knows, Oprah is probalby a real mole at home.
so Osama would be BOTH friend and foe

Well let's see he is against everything American and "decadent" while he enjoys his fortune made by capitalism in the way of "the infidel" that he hates so much and he lives in a way that is against every single thing he preaches to the Muslim people.
Sounds like a con artist to me who only want to create conflict and destruction to allow him to take over in all ways and then oppress everyone after making sure women have no rights at all to even defend themselves from a beating by a man....does that sound like a friend to you?

Osama Bin Laden is nothing but a human being with all ill effects of love for something and hatred due to that love like Bush, you and me. He can be friend to those who agrees with him and can be foe who doesn't as you, me and Bush. Do not make few humans as demons and few as gods. I do not have much difference between you, Laden and Bush all have the same problem of loving few people and things and trying to protect. Few people get very serious in that job and become very sincere. But, one feeling I have is, USA wanted to project Laden as something very big so that in front of the world they can attack any oil producing islamic nation by saying as search for Laden. Next is Iran?in search of nuclear weapons? Wait and watch

I believe that he is a Foe to both the United States and the Muslims. He has used brainwashing to make these followers do his evil. He has made them think they are going to Heaven by killing people. His own family disowned him.

I wish I could express my ideas freely with regard to what I really think of Osama bin Laden. I can say, however, that He is stupid, spiteful, full of hate and anger, unreasonable, inhumane and cruel, murderer, liar and the reason behind so much misery in this world.

I think of him as a person...neither a friend or foe...I really don't know much about him except that he was the one accused for killing thousands of people in 911..some of which were my family!... :( but OK........that's the past, I don't understand his actions because like i said before,i don't know much about him... I do not consider him courageous... I do consider him intelligent and wise in somethings but not in others.. :) Have a Good Day ...
