my girlfriend let me try n give her one up the thunderbox but i only got about half an inch in and she said it was ultra sore as i have quite a wide girth...any ideas as to how i could make it more easy for her little star fish

KY Jelly, or another lubricant. Take it really slow, and try to appreciate the fact that its probably going to be quite painful until she gets used it.
