Ok, I've got water, sugar, wine-yeast, 1-lemon-per-gallon and nutrient[vit B1], but yet I've got a stuck fermentation; what does one do now to get it going? 4 months it's been sitting there now. It's not too cold and most of the time it's around 75 degrees Farenheight.

I make beer, not wine, but from what I know, it could be contamination. Brewing equipment must be kept sanitary throughout the whole process.
I'm not sure about wine, but have you tried a secondary fementation - transferring to another container and stirring it back up to wake up the yeast? This may work. Or maybe adding a little more yeast to what you have.
Good luck. I know the feeling.

It's either finished (yeast has died because alcohol level has reached maximum that yeast can bear), or the yeast has been killed by temperature or contamination. After four months, if it has not fermented itself out, you just have bad juice! It probably won't hurt you, scoop a little out and try it!

(How long did you expect it to keep fermenting? Or did it never ferment at all? You may have killed your yeast with water that was too hot.)

start over. check it out: get 1 apple 2 oranges smash em up leave for 3 days in a capped plastic bottle untill it starts to gas . then put that into a couple gallons of o.j. mix in like a cup of sugar. keep it warm, not too hot you'll kill the bacteria. should be ready about 24 hours later. you'll know its done when it stops gassing.
