Other than the wedding march. the other one is Canon in D minor (midsummer night melody) And it is a beautiful precessional and is used at many weddings as the attendants and family is walked down the Isle. But is usually followed by the wedding march as the bride walks down the isle

well, 'here comes the bride' is most often used, but most people do not know it comes from an opera where the bride commits suicide in the end. so skip that! My organist from the church (18 yrs ago) suggested Handel's Water Music. there are several selections, she said it was the #1 alternative. very lovely. I don't know exactly which selection she used, but you can find out by asking people who play at churches?

Pachabel Cannon is one and can be used for the bridesmaids or bride. My daughter walked to the Bridal March - there is something about that Da-da-da-da-da-da---da--da that gives everyone chills. But it is your day so get a CD and preview music so you are able to pick the one you like the best. It's your day - enjoy it!
