Marky 176...Apparently uyou can not discern vetween Legal Immigrants who enter a country and abide by it's laws and contrute to build it's infrastrusture...NOT Ilegal Aliens who by dfiition are "Ilegal" and essentially are Law Beakers NOT entitled to the Rights of Citizens. The USA is now become a country of Illegal Aliens not Legal Immigrants.

Ike came close in 1954, it was as easy as dedicated enforcement of existing laws. Then as today new laws only put off facing and thereby correcting the situation. Todays proposed "new" laws will only make the problem worse.

We have reached a point in immigration (legal or otherwise) that they comprise such a powerful voter base, that it is death to the career of any politician who cannot somehow find a way to dance with both sides, and two-step somewhere on middle ground. Take your family out for a fajita dinner tonight, because there's nothing anyone can do but to enjoy the offerings of diversity, regardless of how it got here.

When we get a President who is not for a one world government like Bush and his bosses are. Bush probably doesn't know the difference but there is a great push for a one world government and has been for some time. Open borders will be a common thing when this happens. One world, one leader. I truly hope it never happens.

most likely, never. They waited too long. Now it is only a matter of time before they gain a majority in the southern border states and take over politically. All for cheaper groceries! Is this a great country or what?

lol@salvatore, a traditional Native American name no doubt. Right now, the economics make sense, so my answer is "not until the economics don't make sense". Maybe you have forgotten that your nation was founded by immigration. Maybe you don't like the competition. Maybe you think political incorrectness sounds like a good thing.

NO not until you put a stop to the greed of the greedy.
The 1percent of the population that controls 80percent of the wealth in the USA. They buy the government and its polices.

Well there's an election coming up, find out who's for stopping illegal immigration and not for amnesty and pull the lever for them.
