It depends on how long your hair is. Pour the shampoo in the palm of your hand. If you have short hair, pour it dime sized, if you have long hair, pout it quarter sized. (I hope you know how big American dimes and quarters are!)

Depends on how much hair you have. Teaspoon yeah if you have an almost bald head. handful if full head of hair. I love these dumb questions to get an easy two points. Yay.

Always dilute the shampoo before using which helps to spread it better and lather formation and also it can be removed very quickly.

just use enpugh to lather. i use a dime size of herbal essence and i have long hair.it kind of depends on the kind of shampoo too cuz some lather better than others
