Do you know what people of the book are? Islam, Christianity, Judaism. These religions follow the same concept: monotheism. They follow almost the same prophets. Judaism came first, believin in all prophets till Moses. Christianity added one more, Jesus, which they believe as their lord. Muslims added one more prophet and that is Muhammad. How can it be a book of plagarism? We believe that Moses and Jesus had books, like the old testament and the new testament. We also believe that the true and original old testament and new testament dont exist anymore. So there was old testament, then new testament, and last the Quran which completed the first two (the true and orginal ones that dont exist anymore). At those times, the people didnt call themselves christian or jews. We believe that the ones who did obey the true teachings of Moses and Jesus were "muslims", but not called that. WE consider them muslims, because all the prophets that God sends are inviting the people to the same message as Prophet Muhammad did.
TO S.H:
THe scientific evidences were not copied from the Greeeks. Give me your proof. The Greeks probably copied from the Quran.

First: give example of each book you (think) that Quraan is copied from..( especially gita, and avisan vendidad ).
Second:Bible and Torah were deformed from original Bible and Torah which were original messages from God to prophets Jesus and Moses.the Quraan have similarities with them because It is from God as well.
Third Hinduism was after Quraan and It mixed Buddhism and Islam in one belief.
Fourth: there are stories in Quraan differs from the Bible which
has proven to be true for example:Noah's Ship in the Bible is found now on Ararat mountain in Turkey
In Quraan it is in a different mountain Al Judi Which has been proven by scientest.

Because the Qura'an is the last of the Holy Books, stories brought down to previous prophets, before the Qura'an was brought down to Prophet Mohammed, are of coarse incorporated.
Because Allah, in the Qura'an, explains that He also delivered the Torah and the Bible, brought down to his previous messengers/prophets (i.e. Prophets Jesus and Moses), it makes sense in Islam.
You don't think other religions "plagiarize" from Islam because Islam was brought down last.
Authentic here means that the Qura'an was never and can never be rewritten. It is the word of God literally. That's what authentic means.
This also explains why Muslims believe in Prophet Jesus and don't, as you probably think, hate Christians. The Bible and the Torah in their original form are also considered the word of God in Islam, and therefore Christians and Jews are, in the Qura'an, called People of the Book.
I suggest you read the Qura'an before spewing a bunch of crap. I don't know why I even bothered writing all this. You're the type that's so full of hate you're not looking for a real answer.

The Holy Koran is the last of the great holy books that God gave to man. Therefore it is partly a summation of the others that came before it. As a result, it is the most correct.
Incidentally, Xians should know that the story of the son-of-God being born on Earth and then dying for man's sins wasn't a totally original story either. It was lifted from Eygptian literature that was much older than the Bible.

Yes the Qumran is a copied of stories from other religious book, and almost all from The Bible, that is why they have the same prophet as Jewish does, they don't eat pork and practiced circumcision. And more on, they also took Jesus and convert him in a prophet.
The Bible is an original book, of course Gilgamesh talk of the flood, as many other stories from different countries because it happened! So as in the Bible is accounted, so in others. Unbelievable they have found accounts of the flood even in native American legends!
In the time the Bible was written all the religions believe in many Gods, the only different were the Jews, they only worship one God, so in those times, the only monotheist book and stories were from the Bible, so they cant copied from no were!

The same way the bible is filled with stories and ideas taken from the gods and goddesses, pagan, and other religions, there are very few original thoughts transcribed in any religious books.they are comprised of a lot of half truths and excerpts taken from many religions.so don't just think its only in the Islamic book.

you stupid fool
first of all the prophets sent by God are the same in Christianity and hebrews so it is only natural that in the koran there are the same stories about these prophets. its not like every religion has to create a new god and new prophets that is insane. there is only one God and the prophets sent by God are messengers according to Islam to spread the word of God and Islam. no one copied from anyone, every religion has different concepts and beliefs but they are all based on the sme concept of respecting God and averting from commiting sin.
have you ever read the koran before u judge so?
God help u

The Christian Bible copies a lot from other religions. It stole the bulk of it from the Jews! (The Christian Bible really only came into it's form as we know it during the time of Constantine.)

The same can be said of the Bible, stories like that of the flood were found in the Epic of Gilgamesh centuries earlier.
