You're procrastinating. I do it a lot. You feel bad that you don't get around to it, but at the same time, you're able to forget about it while you watch TV. Am I right? From personal experience, I can tell you this can turn out very bad. Make a deal with yourself to study for 15 minutes only, and do it. After that time, decide either to relax and watch tv for another 15 minutes, or study. When you tackle it in small bites, it doesn't overwhelm you. If you let this go on, you'll feel much much worse after you do poorly on exams.

Yay, I'm glad I'm not the only one who's having the same problem, lol. Well, tips for you, though, try reading while watching. I know my suggestion sounds very stupid, but believe me, it gives you both intelligence and entertainment at the same time. And believe me, I do that almost every time, not only when I watch TV, but when I play computer, too
Hope it works for you too... ^ ^
