Hi, Moon! Well, here we go again; I have something else in common with you, lol. I also adore garlic!! :)

I put garlic in soups, burgers, chopped in stir frys, rubbed fresh cloves on toasted french bread (delicious!!), on pizza, in spaghetti and lasagne, and I roast it in a little clay pot (made just for garlic), in the oven, squeeze it out of the skin and then use it as a spread on fresh bread...amazing! I'm sure there are other things that I put garlic into, but I can't think of anything else at this time.

Take a large ball of garlic. Do not remove the paper, and cut about 1/4 an inch from the head. Drizzle the open end with olive oil and a little kosher salt and some pepper, wrap in foil and roast in the oven at 350 degrees for about 1 hour .
the clove just slip right out of their skins and can be used as a spread on slices of baguette or directly on you favorite cut of meat. Very versatile and Delicious!

Garlic mushrooms

Place some mushrooms (with stalks removed) in a oven proof dish. Fill each one with buttet and crushed garlic and cook at about 180c for 10 mins

Delicious!!

Use it to make all kinds of pasta dishes, including your own pasta sauce! If you don't want to make sauce from scratch, but it from the store and add your own ingredients, such as lots of garlic! lol Garlic mashed potatoes are good, too! Do a web search for garlic recipes! I'm sure you'll find thousands to pore through!

Cut the head off. Drizzle with oil and roast in a roasting pan for 40 minutes at 400 degrees. Then pluck out the cloves and spread away.

Put the whole head of garilc wrapped in foil in the oven for about an hour. Its flavour becomes mild and you can use it in sauces, marinades, dressings. You can turn it into a paste and put it on pizza... sounds wierd but its actually good
