What are some better exercises other than crunches for my abs? And just some exercises for thighs?

my thighs are the only thing keeping me from a smaller jeans size. even though i know size 3 is pretty skinny. its still somewhat warm enough for swimsuites and i need to look good.

and how can i motivate myself to eat healthy? i LOVE fruits and veggies! but i never eat them. probably cause we never have them in the house. i am the only thin person in the house too!

As a triathlete, I recommend the following:
For legs: in order to target the major muscle groups, developing both tone and strength, I recommend spin class at the gym, running, doing lunges and using the elliptical machine at your gym (do you have a gym membership?).
For abs: sit on the edge of a workout bench so that your tailbone is just over the edge, legs straight, arms behind you holding each side of the bench for support. Keep legs straight and lift them ten times. Then lift them side to side, up towards the right, then left, focusing on lifting with your side muscles. So: straight ten times, then each side ten times, alternating right/left. Another: do you have a pull up bar at the gym? Most gyms will have a set of straps that you can hang from, they go under your arms, right next to your body. In this position, do straight leg lifts (ten), then bent leg lifts (ten). After awhile you can try new variations such as lifting side to side to work your obliques.
Exercising, especially cardio, will be one way to motivate you to eat healthy. Your body will want better foods when you exercise consistently.

Oh, you better eat regularly but no to carbonated drinks, fatty, spicy, oily and nutty food. No to chocolate and ice cream, too. Just drink water and Coconut water to keep you trimmed:) Follow my instructions and you will lose weight in 2 months.... from 75 kilos to 63 kilos :)
