Unfiltered beers and ciders will not leave you hungover. Yeast is filled with B-complex, something that the body loses when you drink. B-complex controls body chemistry and, without it, your body loses control of itself. By drinking unfiltered beer/cider, you're replenishing these vitamins in your body.

Miller High Life is pretty gentle.
Be sure to take some B vitamins and some water before you go to bed. That will help with the hangover.
Try chocolate milk and hashbrowns if you wake up hurting.

A good bit of hangovers is dehydration, as alcoholic beverages are diuretic. Drink some water as well, and that should help, as well as making less room for beer.
