it would depend on the country your in and the rules around them in the UK you can buy some over the counter in the chemist BUT you will need to check that you wont have interactions with any other meds your taking......so maybe try Boots sleepeze it comes as 25mg and 50mgs BUT don't use long term if your really having problems go see a GP..........as they can provided many different types which and then be tailored to your needs
