WELL I HAVNT PERSONALY BEEN THROUGH THAT, BUT MY MUM HAS AND MY AUNTY IS GOING THROUGH THAT NOW!!
MY AUNTY IS SURROUNDING HERSELF WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND IS TAKING A TRIP TO A PLACE THAT SHE HAS ALWAYS WANTED TO GO...... MY MUM SAID THAT LOSING HER BABY WAS WORSE THAN LOSING HERSELF, LIKE HER WORLD BEING SHATTERED LIKE A MIRROR....THE PAIN HURTS SO MUCH THAT YOU HAVE TO FORCE YOURSELF TO SMILE EVEN WHEN YOU WANT TO. SHE SAID THAT SHE HAD TO ASK HERSELF WHY SHE IS STILL LIVING IF HER BABY COULDNT!!

SHE HAS NOW GOT 4 CHILDREN AND A FOSTER CAREER!!
SHE HELD ON BY KNOWING THAT SHE WOULD TRY AGAIN AND SHE WOULD HAVE A BEAUTIFUL BABY!!!!

JUST KEEP THINKING THAT YOU DESERVE THIS AND YOU WILL GET IT!! THE PAIN OF LOSING YOUR BABY WILL NOT GO AWAY BUT IT WILL BECOME LESS AND YOU WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER IT BUT YOU CAN MOVE FORWARD WITH YOUR PARTNER!! SUPPORT EACH OTHER AND MAYBE TALK 2 PEOPLE ABOUT WHAT IS GOING ON IT WILL HELP!!

GOOD LUCK I REALLY HOPE EVERYTHING TURNS OUT GOOD!! JUST GET AWAY AND BE WITH FRIENDS AND PEOPLE THAT YOU LOVE!!!!!!!!!!

Deal with the loss directly, face it as a reality in your life. There is no way you can reverse it, all that is needed is to accept that it happened. You and your partner must talk about it without recriminations but with resigned acceptance, try to look at what went wrong that led to the loss of the baby, resolve that a recurrence will not happen, then go on with life. Give the unborn child a name that you can remember her/him by every now and then. Later on, you can call her/him her name as you tell tales to your other children how many they would have been had she/he lived.

I think the first thing you need to do is just talk, and know that you can always try again. It's not the end of the world, and I know it may seem that way, but just talk and communicate. You will probably always remember it, but God needed the little one before you two. Hope this helps.

First of all.....my condolences...
I hope you both are getting enough sleep. Chances are ...it isn't so. Find a natural herbal sleeping aid (I recommend one with Valerian extract - the capsule form). After a tragic death in my family ....my entire family took sleeping aid...because lack of sleep will cause you to suffer from depression. Your loss is bad enough...don't add depression to it. Lack of sleep will make you irritable....You guys need to sleep again.....it's never easy to cope with loss...but taking care of yourself is a must...because life must go on!
