No.

They probably don't say "ahh I am a real man" but sure would thank God they are still alive and will be able to spend the rest of the night/day with their family. To wake up again and go back to the same job. God knows they don't do this for the money, but the rewards are great.

As a 16-year-old I respect these people and that's why when I feel they're not going to be disturbed and would feel better - I approach them with a great smile and ask for their autograph. When I leave they have smiles on their faces and I know I did the right thing.

A local Police Officer got hurt by a man suffering seizures. He jumped out of the bushes and attacked him. Thankfully 4 construction workers came to his aid. The Officer needed stitches near his eye while the man got charged for that and for assaulting a Paramedic by spitting on him - I gave the Officer a call to wish him well and left him a message.

I don't think when he got home he said "ahh I am a real man" though.

Stay safe :)

Most that I know go home and thank god they are still alive. Most people that I have met that don't like cops, are the people most likely to be the problem. Do you go home and say "ahh I am a real deatbeat waste of sperm?"

After a good honest day at work there is no reason why anyone should not go home and pat themselves on the back.

NO, Law enforcement officers go home, if they make it through their shift, and say, "thank you God that I made it home to my family".

No, ususally they go home to a wife and kids, and give thanks to whatever higher power they believe in that they were not killed by a crazy meth addict, or bank robber, or some stupid kid who is tired of getting arrested for smoking pot.

Depends on whether they believe they're manly.

Let me ask you this. Do you consider yourself a man? What differentiates you from him?
