I use Ibuprofen and laid down in bed for 30 minutes if they get worse fill a small bag with ice and apply to the swollen area it constrict the hemorrhoid in less than a minute. Seek medical advice it will get worse with time.

OUCH ! OK...get with the water program and start drinking water to soften up your stool. You might want to take metamucil also. You can soak yourself in warm water and use suppositories and cortisone cream on the outside. Also take aspirin to relieve the inflammation (with food) and apply petroleum jelly after each BM to prevent chaffing. OH...don't sit too much. God bless.
