I think there is no one true religion. The only thing that matters is what works best for the individual.

Most of the religions that exist today are already molested in one form or the other, sorry for using this word. Every religion came for a specific time or tribe. If you analyse it closely you'll find that each and every religion with commandments on the time were propotional to the maturity of the human mind. Today the world is in its 30's and hence the religion also should be accordingly.
Find the teachings that haven't changed with time and there is no doubt about it. That's your religion which I have already found, and now its your turn.

There's no such thing as truest. Something is either true or false. All the world's religions are only true in so far as they CORRECTLY and TRULY reflect reality, or what is. Example, those religions that teaches a finite universe is true insofar as that claim is true. Those that teaches an eternal universe are false. And once they are wrong in one area, we can easily consign them to the trashbin of false ideas. It is my conclusion that ONLY Christianity meets the criteria of a true religion, one that is true in every aspect it touches upon.

all the religions must have same message
to believe and worship one God (God Almighty not jesus or any other human being )
to live in peace at first with your self then with other people
and of course to believe in the judgment day and to believe in heaven and hell
if your religion lead you to believe in all that so it is true
but for me i read alot about religions and i am sure that is islam is truest and the right path.

jesus was not christian, budhha was not budhist, nanak was not sikh, mahavira is not jain, tao is not taoism and same with hindu and muslim and so on now in the world no jesus no nanak no budhha no other religious person but only christian, hindu, sikh, muslim.
it is intersting that these religious persons never go or indulge or go behind any other religious leader or any holy book for their search of god. but people of different religion go behind these leaders which leader cannot go behind any religion or leader.
this is your internal research this religion is not property of father that pass on to generations like money ,land, business. this is your own search of god.
now science is taking every thing because science is one and religions on earth are near abt 250. unity is the power
we not fought on newton einstein maxwell when they prove theory of other scientist is wrong. uk not fight with itlay for galelio or with germany for einstein. but the only religions can fight thats because now there is option for science in new generations to get rid of all this religious nonsense. science teach equality and prove no other one can do it. sorry for english if any mistake.
from a man who is on far island where religion not come only science can reach.
