NO constipation cannot cause High Blood Pressure!

YOU need to DRINK more WATER so you don't get constipation!

High Blood Pressure is caused by many factors. Eating too much salt, not enough exercise & genetics.

Hehe... No, hypertesion (high blood pressure) builds up over the period of years of poor lifestyle, not over the period of a few unproductive minutes on a toilet.

Having said that, once you do have a high blood pressure, any strenuous physical activity will seem to make it worse.
