I know...I'm on meds. But can anyone relate?

I feel like poo. I quit my job. I've been the most type-A person you could know. Perfect grades. Perfect jobs. At the age of 27, I've just walked into work and quit.

It's burnout. But I think it's time that I find out what I really should be doing.

My dad is bipolar, so this kind of crap runs in my blood. I just like to think of it as a quarter-life crisis.

I feel much better since I quit. Looks like I will be waiting tables at a bar for now...just to pay my bills.

It's better than teaching in the ghetto though...

it extremely is now common. it extremely is no longer incorrect. Do you extremely think of you are going to have a 14 12 months previous baby that still needs to nurse interior the night to get lower back to sleep? This priceless time won't final continually, so include it and luxuriate in it together as you may. How do you experience approximately weaning him? If the assumption would not provide you peace then it extremely is not the surprising selection. you may genuinely cut back the quantity you nurse him in case you experience it extremely is ideal. He ought to truthfully be eating meals, yet he's not inevitably going to consume 3 finished nutrition at this factor. He might might desire to consume 5 or 6 small "nutrition" or snacks via the day fairly than eating massive nutrition. i think of you're doing a staggering task. have faith your self to make the surprising judgements on your son! i'm optimistic your better half's mom loves your son, even though it extremely is no longer her task or her place to make judgements for you. i don't be conscious of the thank you to make somebody like that give up making the comments, yet i be conscious of which you will take her comments into attention and then kindly brush aside those that do no longer resonate with you.

You pretty much answered your own question. Teaching in the US sucks, not just in the ghettos.
