I totally agree that he should be at home helping her but the simple fact is he probabaly doesnt care about anyone but himself... Heres a question, if your sister wanted to have a night out with her friends would he stay at home and look after the kids? I doubt it... Sorry im a sourpuss coz my man does the same stuff... If i dare ask for a break hell tell me "you had them, you look after them" So maybe you should offer to help her once in a while so that she can have a well deserved break... Raising kids is not an easy job when your doing it all by yourself... Show her you love and support her no matter what... As for your foster sister, theres not a lot you can do coz at the end of the day she chose the kind of lifestyle shes living... She has to learn from her mistakes... If she has a strong sense of self she will realise she doesnt need to be living like that and hopefully shell move on... I doubt telling her to grow up will help right now, so maybe just be there for her if she needs someone to talk to... Most importantly do not be judgemental to either of them, keep an open mind...

Um, I can't get a clear idea of what the question is? I guess that the best thing is to let them live thier lives, give advice when asked, and be there for them if they make bad decisions and need someone to lean on.
