In one way it will affect your height - I'm a FTA3 and REPS certified personal trainer so can give you a good answer as to why... If you continue to train your chest and don't balance your workout (ie: do chest/ pectoralis muscle but not the opposing muscle group which is your trapezius and rhomboid muscles) then you will become kyphotic (round shouldered/ hunched over) because as you excersise your muscles they become tighter so in this case your chest will be tight your back muscles will become stretched (something called adaptive lengthening) which will mean your posture will become kyphotic.

While excersising won't affect your physical height a poor posture can make you look shorter than you are (until you stand up straight)

Don't put too much emphasis on weight training until you're done growing. To some extent, it can stunt your growth if you develop the muscles too soon, too fast. Best for you, is to concentrate on cardio workouts like running, swimming, rowing. These will work your whole body and actually aid growth and health.
