I also don't know, but there was a comment that said there are many other local/tropical fruits that are vitamin powerhouses but are not mentioned.
So, yup, impt foods are staples, fruits, veggies

i never saw the article but i think the best and healthly foods should be a wide variety ot the following
dairy products, eggs, cheese, yogurt
fresh veggies and fruits
low fat meats .....chicken, fish, lean beef and pork some rice and pototoes
what is not healthly is too much sweets,
fatty meats
