Does anyone have a recipe for the Spinach & Bacon Panini that Einstein Bros. makes?

I know the key ingredients are spinach, egg, bacon & cheese...but what else? Any secret ingredients? I moved far, far away from any Einstein store and have had quite the craving.

This is the only recipe I could find! Even allrecipes.com didn't have one!
