If you are feeling suicidal, you need to seek help. Call a friend or a councilor or family member. Seek assistance immediately.
If you are just doing this to get a rise out of people, it's not very polite.
Why not kill yourself? I am sure that someone cares for you and would deeply hurt and miss you. This isn't anything that has to do with religion; it's caring for others.

Why ask us atheists?
Remember, us atheists are moral enough to say that you ought to work off your debt and not just bum from others - which is what you are doing if you borrow money and don't pay it back.
If you want the moral authority to steal like that, ask one of the big monotheistic religions where you can just get forgiven for doing stuff like that.

Well, whether or not you have to pay bills (or your estate, as the case would be) is a legal matter, not a spiritual one. Therefore, your financial obligations have nothing to do with one's religious beliefs. Creditors can have a claim to your property after you die, regardless of whether or not any god exists.
